Escuela Camino Claro (ECC) is a non-profit community education center in Pavones, Costa Rica.

ECC provides high quality English education, including ESL, English Immersion, and Home School classes, as well as computer/internet literacy classes to the low-income families of Pavones, Costa Rica. ECC is dedicated to developing sustainable programs which will promote environmental awareness as well as generate sources of income within the Pavones and Guaymi Indigenous Reservation micro-economies.

Our vision is that each individual is given the tools to stimulate self-development so that they may ensure a successful and productive life for themselves and future generations. We believe all people should have equal access to resources, specifically within a nation confronted with the affects of globalization and foreign investment. Through ECC's programs to build a strong and empowered community, people will coexist in a mutually beneficial relationship within Pavones' unique and diverse community.
